\"ConcertPic<\/a>Rooted in a musical family, BARTA is nourished by the wholesome goodness of singalongs around the kitchen table. A dash of folk, a pinch of bluegrass, and a splash of country create the savoury mix that is BARTA. With a rustic charm, audiences will be held captive in a warm and inviting musical embrace. The pure vocals and pleasing melodies echo simpler times when quality ruled over quantity.<\/p>\n

BARTA will be performing this Friday from 7-9 at Florian Vorreiter Lutherie’s concert space at\u00a0869 Westminster Avenue, Winnipeg. They will be playing Ashlee Bart\u2019s original songs, which they will be recording next week at Unity Gain Productions with\u00a0Don Benedictson<\/a>\u00a0for BARTA\u2019s debut album. They will also be covering songs from some of their major influences including Gillian Welch, Allison Krauss, and Dolly Parton.<\/p>\n
